- Distribute the job among the site staff & supervise with respect to quality & quantity
- Plans well in advance to meet the project time schedule
- Ensures that all the resources required are available with the site staff for the smooth execution of site activities
- Provides technical assistance to site staff
- Incorporate safety instructions in routine orders and see that they are obeyed
Correct unsafe acts
- Ensure that new employees are properly instructed in precautions to be taken before they are allowed to start work
- Ensure that verbal instructions are fully understood
- Reports unsafe conditions of equipments
- Conduct five minutes tool box meeting with men before daily work started
