Communication Manager - AED 20,000/- up to AED 22,000/- 
Location: Dubai

Our client a well known automotive company based in Dubai is looking for a Communication Manager to act as a link between Importers, Regional Office , Headquarter and Creative /Media Agencies. He or She will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring regional ATL measures to further strengthen the brand. This position will report to the Marketing Manager.
The main responsibilities for this role will be as follows:

 Steer Regional office and importers marketing communication activities in liaison with creative/media and digital agencies.

 Support Importers Marketing Managers with regards to annual marketing planning e.g. through providing media/communication and customer data.

 Review local marketing plans, identify areas for improvement, derive individual action plans and monitor execution throughout the year.

 Monitor regional and individual importer media spend on monthly basis.

 Develop annual media lay down based on annual marketing plan in liaison with media agency.

 Steer brand monitor study in liaison with central COCs and derive action plans for the individual importer.

 Steer sales literature ENG/ARB, including monitoring of importer ordering process.

 Support CRM Manager in regards to online CRM functionalities and processes.

The successful candidate must have the following skills and experience:

 BS/MS degree in business administration / marketing or a related field.

 Minimum 3 years of experience in the Marketing field with focus on Communication, preferably in the automotive industry.

 Professional, structured, driven and credible.

 Interpersonal and presentation skills.

 Very good PC skills: MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

 Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge an advantage.

Area Manager - Finance - AED 25,000/-

Our client a well known multinational company based in Dubai is looking for an Area Manager to manage their groups financial services in the local market, as well as developing their existing business.
Purpose:

Overall management Financial Services in the markets, its budget fulfillment, business development and profit maximization.

Key accountabilities:

• Define and execute senior financial strategies related to retail finance and insurance in the markets

• Represent the senior financial market and be responsible for the overall finance market performance and tactical approach

• Manage the cooperation partnership, lead local negotiations and set the tactical joint measures for the market in relation to financial services presence and performance

• Perform local sales analytics and reporting

• Support new entity projects in the markets

• Develop and negotiate CoR support campaigns and marketing activities which are aligned with regional offices

• Ensure the ongoing exchange of market intelligence information with regional offices

• Create financial schemes for retail financing

• Be a point of contact for the companies Regional offices in all senior finance related topics.

For this role the successful candidate should have the following skills and experience

 Age group: 30-40

 Bilingual – English / Arabic

 GCC experience is desirable

 Commercial understanding in strategic and operational topics

 Leadership skills

 Highly developed interpersonal skills

 Knowledge of Islamic finance products including insurance is desirable

 Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels

 Analytical and detailed assessment skills

 Good communicator with a tactful manner

 Team player

 High commitment of delivery and completion of assigned tasks

 Pro-activeness and out of the box thinking

 Business degree

 Level of working experience: Minimum 5-7 years experience in automobile retails sales and/or motor financing. Financial services/banking experience with focus on sales and product/business development.
