Position: Subject Matter Expert – Strategy and Evaluation
Parent Company :- PPL Dynamics , Qatar (Part of IHorizons , Group)
End Client: Leading health care group
Location: Doha , Qatar
Experience : 5+ Years
Employment Type : 1 Year (Extendable based on performance & project scope)

Data Collection :
Lead development the frameworks for strategy performance evaluation, and the subsequent evaluation and monitoring.
Conduct analysis of business performance relevant to corporate strategic plan to identify strengths and challenges
Assist in developing KPIs and benchmarking process of the programs, develop and implement a process for collection of data and ensures a common standards are applied across Corporation.
Ensuring a process is in place for the control and identification of risks and issues and ensuring relevant leads have early warnings of risks. Ensuring that the discussions about the risks identification and management of the risks take place at the right time and at the right level within the organization.
Balanced Scorecard Process Management :
Support implementation of Strategy Management & the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) across the organization.
Support the development, administration and use of Strategy Management Information Systems.
Support the integration of process and quality methods with BSC.
Support the Initiative management and prioritization processes.
Monitor the KPIs to ensure their relevance and usefulness.
Create presentations and other communication materials for the Department / Directorate executive purposes.
Performance Management :
Lead the assessment of the corporate operational and strategic performance using a Balanced Scorecard approach.
Support awareness training of BSC through communication, trainings, briefings, etc. Assist in ensuring that all managers understand the evaluation of performance towards achieving strategic and business plans, national targets for health outcomes, and the corrective action, which is required. Working closely with business and health intelligence.
Monitoring strategic plans and assessing strategic performance:
Monitor the implementation of the program plan, including ensuring that the appropriate project management disciplines are adhered to
Ensuring a process is in place for the control and identification of risks and issues related to strategy, and ensuring relevant leads have early notification. Ensuring that the discussions about the strategic risks and management of its risks take place at the right time and at the right level within the organization.
To develop a culture of learning and encourage staff to learn from defects. Learning should lead to continuous process improvement.
Report Preparation Establish reporting stream on Balanced Score Card ensuring the data provided to Management are accurate and can support decision – making process by Executives.
