A leading investment company in Qatar is currently seeking for an Investment Manager - Real Estate.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for identifying and secure transaction mandates with-in agreed parameters and perform due diligence
Responsible to negotiate with technical skills that include dealing with Partners, Clients, Third party service providers, property managers, appraisers and auditors
Review and communication of market intelligence and the investment environment relevant to the business sectors.
Requirements:
More than 10 years of experience of which minimum 5 years should be directly relevant to real estate or M &A/transactions type role
In-depth understating of various Fund structures and its functioning
Must have exposure to Europe, UK and US real estate markets
Strong analytical skills to evaluate proposals, scenario analyses, budgets, cash flow and valuation models
