-Assist with interviewing and hiring new staff members
-Collaborating with agencies for external recruitment
-Quality control in selecting the right candidates
-Orientation programs for all the new employees to ensure that they respect the brand and hotel standards
-Coordinating with all HODs to ensure that all new employees are given the necessary training in their new job
-Has an “Open Door” policy with all employees of the hotel
-Ensuring that any important issue is reported to the HOD and Director of HR.
-Responsible for all the employee files including compensation, medical and any other documents needed by the authorities for auditing purposes
-Ensuring an effective communication of all safety and security policies.
-Responsible for selection/ non-selection processes to ensure that all the information is passed to the candidates.
