Oversee and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts to ensure full exploitation of customer base.


Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.


Respond to customer requirements and present appropriately and convincingly to make a sale.


Create a sales strategy to identify potential wins, which includes, cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business. 


Lead negotiation on agreement terms to close sales effectively. 


Gather market and customer information to understand current position on the market and improve on existing process and efficiencies. 


Represent company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations. 


Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers. 


Record sales and order information accurately on all systems to ensure the data pulled to generate reports is up-to-date and provides the information required for analysis and planning. 


Review sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets and KPIs set by management. 


Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.


Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management.
