Fetchr is looking for an enthusiastic Collection Executive who is interested in working in a dynamic environment. The role is required to deliver a positive customer experience with every interaction in a professional manner in keeping with the company's reputation in the Shopping Center industry.
- Master Fetchr’s existing processes and have complete know-how and ensure all standard procedures, work instruction and checklists are complied with for daily operational requirements.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Communicate service capabilities to the customers confidently.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Sustain a professional and courteous manner with customers.
- Take full responsibility for the counter and customer visits.
- Keep a record of daily service activity.
- Be flexible to the shift timings.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
