- Product designing, development, launching & strategic implementation of new
product offerings including Islamic Banking services. - Conceptualization / Ideation of new liability product offerings vis-a-vis the market dynamics & the competition offerings.
- Complementing portfolio rationalization strategies and initiatives to increase fee,
float & profitability for the Liability & Liquidity product offerings. - Ensuring seamless co-ordination with various stakeholders ie Marketing, Technology, Operations, Compliance &
Legal for complete product execution cycle. - Studying and recommending appropriate software and IT applications for the business vertical.
- Developing Pricing framework for the new product offerings so as to make it transparent, fair and competitive.
- Developing Standard Operating Processes related to operational risk, compliance
and KYC framework as per requirement of Regulatory bodies & authorities for the business vertical. - Maintaining formal and informal contacts with stakeholders like other regulatory bodies & authorities to keep track of market trends and trade practices
that impact financial goals. - Participating in the initiation of new products and services for the Branch to the benefit of customers and the bottom line objective of the Branch.
- Recommends improvements in existing products or product mix to meet competitive products.
- Prepare/Update a Policy & Procedures related the new and/or existing GTB products.
- Update regularly a GTB benchmark comparing our suite and range of products to the competing banks.
- Update regularly the local clients’ needs in terms of Cash & Trade services and define BAJ’s gap between what we do have effectively as products and what the Saudi market is expecting as a GTB offer from BAJ. Have an open eye on the GTB pricing and prepare a new pricing proposition whenever he feel that the market is moving towards a new pricing
politic. - Communicates status of projects and serious issues to Senior Management, and proactively recommends work-arounds and
viable solutions to improve customer service and responses. - Performs in depth testing on all operational systems to ensure operational
integrity. Responsible for testing all new products and services, as well as trouble shooting system issues. - Train the GTB Sales team, the Solution delivery team as well as the CORPORATE RMs on the GTB products and services. Assist the Solution delivery and customer support team to implement the GTB products for our clients whenever it’s needed.
- Assist the Solution delivery and customer support team to train the CORPORATE clients on the GTB products whenever it’s needed.
- Ensure and control jointly with the Solution delivery team that the GTB
commissions and charges are correctly calculated and recovered. - Participate in roundtable discussions with the regional GTB representatives in the three regions (western, central and eastern) jointly with the CORPORATE RMs
- Pro-actively assist the the GTB Sales team for matters and technicalities pertaining to GTB products & solutions.
- Be well informed of CORPORATE’s cash management and trade finance portfolio via periodic reporting, memos, and studies.
- Be well informed of Wholesale banking portfolio via periodic reports, memos, and studies.
- Attends to any other relevant duties as assigned.
