Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the establishment and management of a project management framework
(waterfall and agile) and governance incorporating structures,   standards, processes, documentation and reporting.
- Ensure robust project controls are in place to provide assurance on risk, opportunities and
issue management, schedule management, governance compliance, change control, information management and assurance tracking
- Deliver accurate and  timely reporting on all aspects of the Projects performance and provide
challenge as required to drive improved delivery.
- Review programmes and  projects for deliver-ability including adequate resourcing, management
and governance procedures, and accuracy of financial estimates.
- Manage the portfolio-level benefits, ensuring that all benefits are planned, monitored and benefits realisation is tracked.
- Manage the definition  of the resources and skill sets required for the projects delivery,   forecast the resources allocation and issuance of the time sheet reports.
- Lead the demand  management process in term of information capture, assessing the  efforts, forecasting the resources, defining the budgets and then  alignment with the impacted stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor project sponsors and managers and provide supportive leadership, motivating, and directing staff as they work.
- Manage programme level Lessons Learned repository; attend Post Project - Review meetings to  identify key areas of improvement to be captured into the Lessons Learnt repository.
- Manage the programme level risks and issues.register, and carry out assurance review processes.
