Business Development Manager - Direct Sales (SME) - AXA Cooperative Insurance – KSA

• For this role you will be required to work on your own initiative for achieving significant annual sales targets across pre-defined products through single or multiple sales channels for the company’s commercial insurance products in the direct SME arena.
• You will be expected to build and maintain relationships across the insurance / business community and to identify and maximize sales opportunities arising through prospecting for SME customers to meet agreed annual sales targets.
• You will work closely with the underwriting teams to ensure all enquiries are accompanied by a full and complete presentation of underwriting information, competitor’s rates/terms/conditions if available and any other commercial/political information for consideration by the underwriters and/or reinsurers.
• You will be accountable for developing and maintaining excellent relations with large and/or key customers to achieve the sales targets and for providing high levels of post sale support as required ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
• You will be responsible for ensuring the collection of insurance premiums in line with the company’s terms of business liaising with credit control to minimize outstanding debt.
• You will perform any other related duties as required to support the activities and overall strategic direction of the business in order to ensure the profitability of the company.
• You will maintain and update the branch soft XL filing branch sales system for New Quotations, Secured Business, Prospect, Renewal Progress. These reports are to be monitored and coordinated by SBDM on a weekly basis to ensure all data are updated / corrected prior to weekly sales updates and monthly sales meeting preparations.
• You will maintain the soft and hard copies of client policy and information documents and filing and update with all operational correspondence plus any other necessary communication that are provided by the client.
• You will prepare and analyzes sales forecast & results reports and presentations.
