Setup organizational goals in relation to the warehousing & Distribution operations. Monitors space utilization and layout to maximize usage. Implement quality procedures and ensure all employees are trained to handle the quality procedures. Monitors the budget and reports to the CEO on the current financial status of the department. Monitors and controls inventory levels by planning and initiating periodic inventory counts. Ensures compliance with governmental regulations and requirements. Involved in annual physical stock taking and reconciliation of stock differences, if any. Oversee the vehicles maintenance activities and vigilantly reduce cost. Skills Excellent Commands in English.
