MAINTENANCE AND CONDITION MONITORING TECHNICIAN

Job Requirements:

Qualification:
1. Secondary school twelve (12) years education, followed by at least two (2) years Mechanical Trade Training

2. Specialized short courses on rotating equipment maintenance, condition monitoring and vibration analysis.

Experience:
1. Ten (10) years experience of working in oil and gas or petrochemical industries with experience in rotating equipment maintenance, planning and execution and condition monitoring.

2. Hands on experience of maintenance, condition monitoring, data collection, vibration analysis with the help of portable analyzer as well as online monitoring systems. Exposure to Bentlay Navada System-1 will be an added advantage.

Skills:
1. Overhauling of major rotating equipments includes centrifugal compressors, gas turbines and submersible cooling water pumps.
2. Machinery operating data collection, historical trend analysis and vibration analysis.
3. Reports writing. Good interpersonal, communication skills, Team player.
4. Computer literate. Use of a computerized maintenance management system, Widows and MS Office
5. Speaks and writes English fluently.
