Requirements:

Qualification:
1. B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
2. Relevant specialist courses in major rotating equipment operation and maintenance.

Experience:
1. Ten (10) years experience in the maintenance, overhauling and EPIC of all of rotating equipment related to the Oil and gas/petro-chemical industry.

Skills:
1. Experience in overhauling, trouble-shooting, vibration analysis and condition monitoring techniques of rotating equipments.

2. Sound knowledge in mechanical engineering with proven track record in a leading petrochemical/Refinery or service provider’s company.

3. Shall be able to forward creative ideas in situation requiring timely solution to prevent negative impact on plant revenue.

4. Capable of providing logical, reasonable and technically sound solutions when problems of rotating equipment encountered during the operation and plant shutdowns.

"5. Daily contact with CLIENT REPRESENTATIVE to receive work
a. Instructions, report work progress, discuss and resolve issues.
b. Daily contact with engineers within the Operation Engineering Department, Gas Processing Department and Transmission & Distribution Department to exchange information, clarify issues and work coordination."

6. Maintenance of centrifugal compressors, gas turbines and submersible cooling water pumps.

7. Computer Literate, with exposure to MS Windows, MS Office and SAP/CMMS.

8. Ability to write technical reports

9. Speaks and writes English fluently

10. Effective communication and presentation skills

11. Team player and ability to guide and motivate subordinates
