Wyndham Hotels and Resorts - Dubai - Days Hotel by Wyndham Dubai Deira is now seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates The role holder will contribute to the performance of the hotel by ensuring that all meals coming from the outlet are well prepared with regard to quality, consistency, eye appeal, taste and food cost. He/she is expected to provide training for all team member; meet corporate quality standards; and assist in establishing and enforcing food specifications, portion control, recipes and sanitation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to create recipes and support material, i.e., recipe cards, descriptions, pictures, and to read and visualize same. Ability to do complete food inventory for food ordering through FMC. To be fully aware of all menu item, their recipes, method of production and presentation standards.
