Kuwait City - Job Description The Maintenance Mechanical Lead-man is responsible for leading the Mechanical teams in the maintenance department. He assists the maintenance manager in all the Mechanical repairs of the facility- • Maintains all the equipment in the plant in good operating conditions.- • Continuously monitors the facility equipment making sure the efficient Mechanical operation.- • Conduct all preventive maintenance tasks per set schedules.- • Installs, moves, and connect all equipment and machineries.- • Maintains clean and hazard free working area- • Abided by GMP (Good Manufacturing Procedures) standards.- • Is responsible for the Mechanical team and the Mechanical workshop.- • Trains all subordinates on Wooden Bakery procedures and electrical work.- • Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.- • Interacts with different department supervisors to ensure the delivery of accurate maintenance service (preventive and emergency)- • Communicate professionally with supplie...
