With us you will retain postpaid voice / data customers in the Consumer & Business enterprise business portfolio. Achieve high standards of retainable potential churn customers and meet given targets on upgrading prepaid customers to Vodafone’s Postpaid Plans. Meet given targets on upgrading existing postpaid customers to higher value postpaid plans and to deliver an awesome customer experience that helps Vodafone be the NPS leader. Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment to make outbound and receive inbound retention calls servicing existing customers who have requested for disconnection of services or requested their postpaid services to be migrated to prepaid on their account. 
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to upgrade prepaid customers to postpaid plans and upgrade postpaid customers to higher value plans. Your main responsibility of this role is customer retention. You might answer questions regarding billing, how a particular product works, what type of support is available, and so on. To make sure that customers understand, and are happy with their services.
