- Responsible for day to day administration and support of our call center application suite.
- Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving application related issues
- Work closely with vendors and contractor partners to solve tickets.
- Manage Network switches, wireless routers, Firewalls, Windows Servers, Microsoft CRM Dynamics.
- Responsible for the configuration of Windows Servers, Active Directory.
- 24 X 7 system support, including on-site and remote management
- Production Support, Monitors systems, responds to daily system events, troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves hardware and software problems
- Perform backup operations.
- Security, Maintains established departmental security standards.
- Prepares system documentation, asset lists, inventories, and user documentation as directed
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- IT Administration tasks in call center environment.
