  • Responsible for day to day administration and support of our call center application suite.

  • Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving application related issues

  • Work closely with vendors and contractor partners to solve tickets.

  • Manage Network switches, wireless routers, Firewalls, Windows Servers, Microsoft CRM Dynamics.

  • Responsible for the configuration of Windows Servers, Active Directory.

  • 24 X 7 system support, including on-site and remote management

  • Production Support, Monitors systems, responds to daily system events, troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves hardware and software problems

  • Perform backup operations.

  • Security, Maintains established departmental security standards.

  • Prepares system documentation, asset lists, inventories, and user documentation as directed

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • IT Administration tasks in call center environment.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving application related issues.

  • Work closely with vendors and contractor partners to solve tickets.
