JOB PURPOSE:
Contribute to the sales and profitability targets by providing each customer with the customized personal service, attention to details and follow-up that builds lasting relationships and return business.
- Your role is to sell vehicles to customers in order to meet or exceed the Sales Target which is set by the management
- To provide the utmost customer service in order to meet and exceed the set standards as measured against the Manufacturer’s Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) average for the Middle East
- To carry out all Post Sales activities, after closing the deal, in order to ensure the timely handover of the vehicle to the customer
- To carry out Ad Hoc Activities, as and when instructed by the management, and achieve the defined deliverables.
