  • Manage the complete sales operations and drive sustainable financial growth through strategic expansion of business in alignment with the organizational vision / strategy.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies

  • Lead sales team members effectively to achieve sales targets

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction 

  • Conduct research to identify new market avenues and potential customer segments to target

  • Devise and implement innovative strategy / promotions / schemes to approach target markets / customers

  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting potential customers’ needs and objectives

  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines 

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and performance reports for the consumption of the management
