The College of the North Atlantic - Qatar is inviting nominations and applications for the position of Institutional Research Manager in the Institutional Research Department. Reporting to the Institutional Excellence Director, the Institutional Research Manager must be a proven leader with the skills and expertise necessary to support the Institutional Research Department in fully implementing the College’s mission and vision.

Duties & Responsibilities:
This position requires an energetic and enthusiastic leader, who will lead a team of institutional researcher and business intelligence specialists and manage all efforts on institutional research, including primary and secondary data collection, analysis and reporting of information. To support the College in various strategic planning, policy development and decision making aspects, as well as contribute to the development of a College wide data analytics strategy.
Candidates should have an outstanding record of Institutional Research experience or a related field, and possess the qualifications necessary to be successful in the role of Institutional Research Manager.
The successful candidate is responsible to contribute to the formulation of CNA-Q’s strategy, lead the development and implementation of Institutional Research’s business plan in alignment with CNA-Q’s strategy through departmental initiatives and projects.
The successful candidate will also lead gathering of data on students, faculty, educational programs, and administrative and support services to provide accurate information to support planning, institutional effectiveness assessment, continuous improvement, and decision-making activities within CNA-Q.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of statistical methodologies and analytical procedures to collect and interpret statistical data, calculate statistical indicators and provide support for policymaking decisions across CNA-Q. Plan, design and manage implementation of surveys to ensure accuracy in data gathering and preparation in alignment with CNA-Q’s policies, procedures and processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and disseminating institutional research outcomes and related materials to support strategic planning and maintain overall effectiveness of the College.
The successful candidate will be required to provide professional development support to and perform periodic performance reviews of direct subordinates and contribute to the overall Office of Institutional Excellence workforce development plan.
