We are a five star boutique hotel based in Doha, State of Qatar
We are seeking a customer-focused, dedicated, and responsible hotel general manager to join our growing hospitably organization. you will coordinate the day-to-day operations and activities for staff and guests, Provide leadership and strategic planning to all, focusing on all operations and guest satisfaction. You will also work closely with the hotel owners and other stake holders.
He would preferably have a strong background in Sales and Revenue in 5 stars hotels.
You must be approachable, detailed, and goal-oriented with previous hospitality or management experience.
GM DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure full compliance to Hotel operating controls ,policy and procedures.
2. Manage the operations functions of the hotel.
3. Develop an annual business plan.
4. Initiate cost effective controls and revenue management techniques.
5. Manage all key property issues including and not limited capital projects, customer service and refurbishment.
6. Responsible for the preparation, presentation and consequent of the achievement of the hotel's annual Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget.
7. Driving a sales and marketing strategy
8. Meeting budgets and exceeding revenue targets.
9. Coordinate the financial activities and monitor the facility’s revenue, including setting room rates, establishing budgets.
10. Analyze sales figures and devise market and revenue management strategies
11. supervise maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings
12. Carry out inspections of property and services.
13. Provide training for hotel staff in delivering care that meets the best standards and practices
14. Maintain and manage hotel equipment, infrastructure, inventories and other facilities efficiently.
