IBM - Dubai - Job Description The individual is responsible for defining the skills needs for the IBM Cloud Sellers, Technical Sellers and Sellers from other BU's that sale IBM Cloud solutions, Business partners and Managers in MEA and creating/executing a programme of enablement, certification/badging and career development throughout the year to close these gaps. The role involves budgetary accountability for classroom enablement delivered and scope covers both virtual and face to face enablement across MEA.
