Provide administrative, secretarial and clerical support to the Manager and team in order to support their delivery of the Division’s goals and objectives.
• Coordinate with all relevant parties to process or obtain the requirements necessary for continuous operations of the business.
• Provide office support to the Manager and the Team in their day to day work to assist in the delivery of the Division’s Goals and Objectives.
• Handle the administration works for the Division and its employees to ensure the timely and accurate processing of their salaries and benefits.
• Handle the general Filing system of the office of the Manager to ensure the availability of records as and when required.
• Carry out Ad Hoc Activities, as and when instructed by the Manager, and achieve the defined deliverables.
