Arrange all activities in the Store which include controlling, receiving, storing, filing requests and disbursing of supplies and materials to projects and/or sites to ensure the availability of the required materials needed for the continuous operation.
Responsibilities
- Responsible of Material coding, and coordination with suppliers and maintenance of Purchasing Orders.
- Responsible of correct material prior and post receiving, and maintain updated records of all materials.
- Issue materials as per projects request and transfer materials as per request with maintaining accurate records
- Ensure proper material and equipment stocking.
- Monitor and Take control of the operation, updating and maintenance of the Inventory System to ensure that accurate information are being store
