- Accountable for generating budgeted revenues on an account base through personal selling and through the management of Sales Executives.
- Responsible for a minimum base of a determined number of key accounts/prospects as well as the direction of from Sales Executives.
- Responsible for the training develop and performance management of direct staff.
Duties & Responsibilities.
- Identify prospective customers and establish goals for existing key accounts by analyzing historical and other statistical information (market segment), participating in conducting customer interviews and preparing customer action plans.
- Achieve budgeted quotas on Key Accounts and conversation of Key Prospects through the preparation and execution of Action Plans.
- Provide ongoing sales direction to direct reports by conducting a minimum of joint sales calls per month with each.
- Prepare reports as required.
- Ensure the quality input of market intelligence.
- As directed participate in trade shows, conventions and promotional events, within the hotel, the industry and customer organizations.
- Participate in G.S.G” Guest Service Gold “training programs.
- Take personal responsibility for the delivery of superior guest service through meticulous follow up.
Health, Safety, Security & Environmental (HSSE)
- Must be aware of health, safety, security & environment policies and adequately provided for and observed.
- Has a good knowledge about Fire Fighting & Life Safety procedures.
- Ensure environmental control of guests comfort during their visit & stay.
