We are looking for a GM with experience in a fast paced, retail bakery, catering or restaurant that bakes fresh from scratch daily. Candidates must have the ability to manage a successful, profitable business from all aspects and inspire a team to offer quality product and exceptional customer service.
Requirements include:
- Prior bakery/restaurant experience in a leadership role with success growing sales and inspiring team work.
- Ability to manage production to build sales and minimize waste.
- Experience in financial statement preparation, including activity reports and business analysis
- Identify areas needing cost controls, efficiencies and improvements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Physical Requirements include:
- Available to work F/T, variety of hours, including evening, nights and weekend.
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods during the course of a workday.
- Will require bending, stooping during the course of a workday.
- Will require bending, stooping and occasional use of a ladder.
