-To handle reception area, booking system, on time, according to the predetermined standards.
-To be able to operate and understand the use of spa software, HRM software/ access control/ audio & lighting system and other IT related if needed as directed.
-To communicate & liaise with spa therapist/nails technician/hair stylist/personal trainer/attendants for booking(s) update & changes when required and other operational matters to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
-To greet, recognise, welcome and handle guests with the highest standards of service
