Alshaya - Kuwait - Role Profile: Support the team in driving overall strategy, and delivery of initiatives to protect the profit and assets of the business. The analyst will support the fraud investigations teams and the Starbucks Senior OPS team by conducting in-depth analysis of exception reporting systems. Analyse various company data, systems and reports to identify incidents of abuse Highlight questionable transactions from weekly reporting exercises. Review and monitor POS exception reporting system on a daily basis Highlight suspect transactions and compile information for support teams Produce necessary reporting for Sr Management and the OPS Team (Starbucks) Manage special projects as assigned Maintain high level of ethics and confidentiality Partnership with the Brand (Starbucks) to investigate all potential fraud cases If required, participate in the periodic OPS business reviews to highlight the fraud related incidents, data and prevention measures.
