Barista and cashier - coffee shop 100

In this position, the responsibilities of the Barista include, but not limited to, the following:
Greet all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service and develop a rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite drinks, and food items
Prepare and serve standard drink recipes in order to deliver the highest quality standard of our product
Receive and process customer payment in cash or credit card, accurately count and provide change to customers as required
Follow HCE (Health Conscious Establishment) standard checklist by filling correct information to ensure Food Safety standard are followed
Report all customer complaints to the manager on duty in order to respond back immediately to guest
Receive and stock supplies or retail products by following First In First Out to ensure all product rotate properly
