Responsibilities:  Prepares and issues payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.  Plans, organizes and implements accounting operations and objectives; coordinates and integrates all activities toward achievement of established goals and objectives.  Compiles and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts  Prepares financial management reports  Assists Finance Director in preparation of budgets and business plans.
  Manage accounts payables, receivables, and responsible for cash flow management.  Ensures adherence to internal controls, policies and procedures.
  Coordinates activities with other departments and work groups as needed.
  Manages bank related transactions
