• Accountable for the monthly and annual sales as determined by the approved sales targets
• Review the monthly sales roster to ensure that the office and promotional stands are efficiently staffed at all times
• Implement sales policies and procedures and ensure the sales staff complies with the company’s regulations.
• Process sales documents and contracts in timely manner to support the sales processes and procedures
• Achieve the sales center targets while keeping within the approved budget.
• Drive the team toward achievement of individual and team targets.
• Understanding local and international markets and the changing requirements of clients.
• Manage specific real estate investment properties in multiple locations, negotiating with clients to achieve the best opportunities for client and company.
• Developing sales strategies for continual improvement of department performance.
• Develop and implement plans for road shows, property exhibitions and promotional stands.
• Manage client relationships with high net worth individuals and Investors.
• Responsible for contacting the customer for contracts/ agreements signing.
• Conduct performance management requirements for setting objectives, monitoring and measuring results/deliverables.
• Ensure direct reports have the required technical and soft skills for the role and provide talent management guidance / opportunities to drive continuous learning.
• Provide high level employee engagement mechanisms to drive team collaboration and operational effectiveness.
