We are looking for 7 to 15 years experienced Printing press
manager who can handle below profile independently.
Position: Manager Printing Press
Qualification: Engineering /any bachelor or Master Degree
Work Experience: 7 to 15 years.
Nationality: Any
Preference: Who are already in Qatar and search of job.
Major
Job Responsibilities & Duties:-
Ø Printing press operations.
Ø Negotiates with vendors and purchase
the best option, ensuring best total value and Analyze and evaluate cost factors.
Ø Ensures that equipment is well
maintained and available when needed.
Ø Monitors quality of product to uphold
company standards.
Ø Establish/maintain good working
relationships with vendors and customers.
Ø Manages and monitors press schedules,
and ensures that deadlines are met. Communicates efficiently with scheduling
department.
Ø Production management.
Ø Conducts daily
production meetings
Ø Monitors incoming
orders, as well as those in production
Ø Follows systems and
procedures according to the company manuals
Ø Monitors all orders
to ensure high quality that meets customer expectations
Ø Determines and sets
priorities for the production team
Ø Schedules pickups and
deliveries
Ø Stays aware of all
job deadlines and requirements to ensure the most efficient delivery schedule
possible
Ø Orders stock and
supplies as needed, coordinating and managing inventory to ensure minimum waste
and spoilage
Ø Rejects poor quality
or incorrect jobs and schedules them to be redone when necessary
Ø Initiates employee
appraisals and disciplinary measures according to company policy
Ø Creates employee
schedule
Ø Handles routine
questions and requests by customers
Ø Helps customers by
taking orders and processing accordingly, which may include over the counter or
by fax, telephone, or internet
Ø Accepts and produces
copy jobs as needed
Ø Uses the computerized
pricing/estimating program
Ø
Performs other duties as assigned
