Sales & Marketing Manager - Onex Beauty Group

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing authorized distributors and retailers in order to achieve stated sales and targets.
Responsibilities :
• Managing distributors and authorized retailers.
• Develop account specific stock and sales plans.
• Regularly meet with distributors and retailers to develop and implement precise sales and marketing plan and to foster good relations with accounts understanding their goals, market conditions, challenges, competitive activities, and possible unique opportunities.
• Develop and maintain quarterly account P&L’s to ensure financial goals are being met.
• Monitor distributors and retailers wholesale sales, inventory levels and retailer activity to maximize sales opportunities and brand images.
• Develop forecasts and budgets in accordance with the corporate direction.
• Successfully introduce and secure new launch plans, orders, and procedures.
