INDIAN, ASSOCIATE OR ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF SALES UP TO 12K++ QAR FOR A 5-STAR HOTEL IN DOHA, QATAR

Male/Female, 45 y/o and below
At least with 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major or with Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
Must have corporate experience with a background in reputable hotel brands and chains, and with experience in the Middle East (Kuwait, Qatar, UAE etc.)
4 years of experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
Must have the ability to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
Must be knowledgeable in developing means to improve profit, including estimating cost and benefit and exploring new business opportunities
Has the ability to develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
Must be able to speak Arabic language
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Outgoing and pleasant personality
Ability to handle multiple tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced client driven environment
Willing to join immediately (max 1 month)
Work location: Doha, Qatar

Salary is up to 12,000 QAR depending on experience and qualification plus full furnished apartment (live-out negotiable) accommodation, annual air ticket, private medical insurance, 1,500 QAR transport allowance and airline ticket and medical for family benefits
