Responsibilities:

Be thoroughly well versed in creating competition winning architecture in various sectors of the built environment

Production of unique concept design, schematic design, detail design, assist in tender documentation & specification as well as site mobilization

Capability to handle client facing & review as well as represent the professionalism of the firm at all times

Presenting the designs to the client - Must be able to sell the designs to a difficult client

Responsible for providing aesthetic design, color boards, sketching and drafting needed to convey the design intent to outside Architectural and Engineering firms.

Conduct regular project reviews and monitor schedule and cost adherence.
