Accounts Receivable & Payable Officer - Al-Amer Group Electrical Materials

- Reporting divisions sales (daily) to the chief accountant
- Receiving invoices from divisions, checking sales transactions then attaching with sales summaries and scheduling invoice delivery
- Following up with customers for payments collection through calls and emails as well as visiting when needed
- Performing accounts reconciliation with customers & suppliers and working on needed adjustments (settlements)
- Gathering formal documents from companies, maintaining updated archive
- Reporting accounts receivable & payable status to the Chief Accountant
