Conduct pre-risk acceptance survey and claims survey for Fire, Marine & Miscellaneous Department, prepare report as per directives from the Management. Assist in underwriting, facultative acceptance and facultative placements as per H.O underwriting directives. Issue underwriting documents in the Marine, Fire & Accident department as and when required. Visit clients for any enquiry/ queries and prepare quotations. Prepare HO XOL reports, year-end reports, monthly reports and other statistical returns. Correspondence with insured and reinsurance companies and HO as required. Liaise with Auditors, Ministry officials and Clients regarding claims. Preparation of monthly outstanding claims statement. Review of calculations for approval of Motor Claims for payments.
