Key Role: Provide senior expertise to advise the team and client on a project for a counter threat center, including ensuring the project is consistent with laws, regulations, and practices. Advise the client on the solicitation of contributions to the project, including procedures to ensure contributions are controlled by any provisions associated with them. Analyze the development of procedures for the disbursement of contributions to support specific initiatives. Ensure procedures are consistent with international laws and practices.
