An international Asset Management firm has mandated Gulf Connexions to find an HR professional with substantial management experience. This position will require someone who will oversee the implementation of business plans, HR policies and procedures and recruitment procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Create HR strategies and align them with business plan requirements.
• Oversee the production and maintenance of all individual employee files, including position, contact details, remuneration, leave, sickness, bonuses, performance reviews, promotions, etc.
• Prepare a comprehensive training plan for all employees and organize the various training courses required.
• Set up and oversee the administration of the performance evaluation scheme.
