8-12 years’ experience in similar position.
Excellent communication skills (oral & written). English & Arabic written and speaking.
Excellent customer interaction attitude and behavior
Task allocation and monitoring around L2, L2 and L3 support
Stakeholder communication and reporting
Guiding team to Adhere to SLA
L2 – L3 – Troubleshooting and problem resolution and within SLA
Creating and maintaining Requirement Document, Impact Analysis, RCA, and
Solution Document.
Creating and maintaining and reviewing user manual Onboarding of New Users (Training plan / Induction plan) Working with Cross-Functional Teams
Interaction with Business on related Application Domain
