Job Description :
The Virtuocity Staff member is responsible for the more detailed and complicated side of the operation of the VC attractions, POS handling, network and systems monitoring. They should also ensure that the proper workflows are followed in each section. He/She is also responsible for the efficient provision of guest-focused customer service and admission services to ensure overall guest satisfaction. Engaging them in conversation, gaming, and building a relationship with the guest assisting them from start to finish adding to the overall personalized guest experience.


Key Responsibilities
• Ensures that workflow in each section/attraction is being followed and implemented correctly.
• Greets customers in a friendly and courteous way on entry to Virtuocity to ensure the guests feel welcome and to contribute to a positive overall experience.
• Serves customers efficiently and courteously on the floor and/or at the cash register in order to ensure provision of the highest standards of customer service at all points in the experience.
• Directs and first point of contact between customers and Virtuocity Staff.
• Assist F&B staff; serving drinks/food and collecting trays to and from F&B to stations, processing payments through mobile POS systems.
• Assist Events staff; show support work, assist in event set up and dismantle, assist in ushering and crowd control roles, assist in troubleshooting roles, assist in event hosting and activations roles.
• Trains for basic cashier services and POS offerings outside retail.
• Assists retail staff; Convey store product knowledge to customers, general sales staff when needed, general support staff when needed.
• Assists Operations staff; support staff for enigma game masters and racer operators.
• Assists in basic technical troubleshoot under supervision of IT segment supervisor or IT department staff member.
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payments and exchanges and security practices to ensure SOPs are adhered to at all times.
• Communicates relevant information and incidents to their senior (VC Supervisor).
• Assist in briefing the guests about certain game centered products.
• Attends to guest needs at the access control areas. Interact with the guests and understand their needs to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinates with equipment transfer to storage during large venue events.
• Maintains cleanliness of each attraction.
