Job Description:
- Coordinates with CAD Technicians concerning project requirements and timelines
- Ensures statutory and regulatory requirements are met in all designs
- Supports the project submittals and No Objection Certificates (NOC) process to the relevant Authorities.
- Ensures QMS and Project Lifecycle compliance across team and projects
- Complete accurate timesheets by set deadline
- Carry out complete power distribution, ELV and telecommunication discipline designs to required standards and quality
- Reviews Electrical Engineering drawings
- Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.
- Reviews all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.
- Stimulates fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.
- Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.
- Recommends effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.
- Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.
- Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedules
