Trainee - Relationship Executive - Gulf Connexions

An exciting position has become available with one of the leading financial institutions in Bahrain. The opportunity is for a young, vibrant and enthusiastic candidate who is looking to pursue a career in the banking and finance sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling initial applications for credit cards & personal loans, opening & closing accounts and general support with any other product enquiries

Responsibilities:

• Identify and understand basic customer needs in order to complete transactions with speed, efficiency and urgency.
• Build strong relationships with clients and retain their business through excellent customer service.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the client’s needs and identify how the bank can assist them in meeting their long term goals.
• Open a variety of accounts and services for customers.
• Banking transactions.
• Building and managing a portfolio of client relationships.
