Landscape Manager

• To perform high-level management, coordination and oversight of the companies' day to day operations and staff management.
• 
  
• Develops and implements long and short term plans, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for the department; directs, oversees, and participates in development of department work plan;
• 
  
• Ensures department compliance with all applicable codes, laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies and procedures; ensures adherence to established safety procedures; monitors work environment and use of safety equipment to ensure safety of employees and other individuals.
• 
  
• Performs professional landscape architecture work involving analysis, design, and project management of the construction of landscape-related projects.
• 
  
• Assists with general landscape maintenance and design issues within the division; makes recommendations concerning design, cost estimates, and structural systems.
• 
  
• Perform other duties as may assigned if necessary.
