Job Description

  • Maintenance of Sales control account including sub ledger, invoicing, credit, receipts and credit controls, advances

  • Maintenance of purchase account including  PO, invoicing, vendors` GL, payments

  • Fixed assets, acquisition, disposal, depreciation, etc

  • Cash management

  • Budgetary controls and variance reporting

  • Working throughout the accounting cycles up to drafting IS, BS and cash flow

  • Accounting for real estate management business is an advantage

  • Work with internal auditors and discuss and implement recommendations

  • Liaison with auditors to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit
