My client one of the banks in Bahrain is looking to hire a Structurer to join their team.
Title: Structurer

Reports to: Group Head of Treasury Sales
Within the Treasury Sales Team, the incumbent will be responsible for trade ideas generation, new products development and production of client-related marketing material (product and client analysis, economic research, pitch books etc.).
Key Objectives:
Enhance the Treasury Sales Team's profitability and the Bank's profile in the marketplace by developing value-added risk management and investment solutions for the Bank's client base (Corporate, Institutional and Private Banking clients).
Be the main point of contact for the sales force across the Group to price and execute deals, produce term sheets and execute specific documentation (ISDA MA etc.).
Be on top of market developments in order to identify opportunities that translate into specific products for corporate and institutional clients.
Spearhead the initiative for new products launch and manage the end-to-end roll out process. Work closely with Corporate Relationship Managers for the promotion of Treasury products.
Person Specifications:
MBA (or equivalent) from a reputed institution
Around 10 years of relevant financial market experience gained on a Sales / Structuring desk of a major institutions preferably across GCC markets.
