Main Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct customers.
- Maintain customer services and facilities by offering product features, pricing and after
sales services. - Price and features comparison to facilitate purchasing.
- Cross/suggestive selling.
- SKU’s replenishment.
- Maintenance of return merchandise.
- Coordinate with ASM to provide excellent customer services.
- Provide Customer feedback to ASM on regular intervals.
- Stay up to date with new products/launches/services.
- Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales quotas (Target Vs. Sales achieve).
- Maintain stock, supplies and inventories (Receiving and Inter store transfer).
- Communicate product demand to ASM / RSM.
- Maintain staff shift roster and attendance.
- Maintain book of accounts, receive cash and provide correct change, operate the cash
register, make deposits, print and record receipts.
