Sales Executive - Junaid For Perfumes

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct customers.
• 
  
• Maintain customer services and facilities by offering product features, pricing and after
  sales services.
• 
  
• Price and features comparison to facilitate purchasing.
• 
  
• Cross/suggestive selling.
• 
  
• SKU’s replenishment.
• 
  
• Maintenance of return merchandise.
• 
  
• Coordinate with ASM to provide excellent customer services.
• 
  
• Provide Customer feedback to ASM on regular intervals.
• 
  
• Stay up to date with new products/launches/services.
• 
  
• Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales quotas (Target Vs. Sales achieve).
• 
  
• Maintain stock, supplies and inventories (Receiving and Inter store transfer).
• 
  
• Communicate product demand to ASM / RSM.
• 
  
• Maintain staff shift roster and attendance.
• 
  
• Maintain book of accounts, receive cash and provide correct change, operate the cash
  register, make deposits, print and record receipts.
•
