Huxley is currently working with a well renowned bank that is on the lookout for a Group Head of Digital Transformation. If you have experience within Digital Transformation at a managerial level, this could be perfect for you.
Title: Group Head of Digital Transformation
Reporting to: Deputy Group CEO Operations & Technology
Location: Manama, Bahrain.
Responsibilities:
The Head of Digital Transformation is responsible to lead the development and implementation of digital strategy in alignment with the banks strategic agenda to improve business development, cost effectiveness and service quality.
Support with the development of the Information Technology's business plan in alignment with the banks corporate strategy.
Understand the banks business requirements on the digital front and ensure plans for digital transformation are reflected in the IT Strategy.
Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders across the Bank with regards to the digital space.
Provide professional development support and perform periodic performance reviews for direct subordinates based on the banks Performance Management framework.
Experience:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required (e.g. Computer Science). A Master's degree is preferable.
Minimum of 10 years of work experience in Information Technology with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma
Fluent in English. Advanced computer literacy is required.
