To strengthen our team in Manama, Bahrain we are looking for a Customer & Sales Support.
Your tasks
- You take care of our customers in all commercial issues (pre and after sales)
- You prepare quotations and handle tendersYou support the Area Sales Manager in his/her daily business
- You will be involved in targeting new leads, organize product demos and pro-active follow ups with the customer
- You support the sales team in important customer events and fairs
- You are the link to our sales partners and will support them in all commercial issues
- You are responsible for the maintenance of our customer database (CRM system)
- You complete general office management tasks
- You are prepared to undertake infrequent travel
- You provide back-up support to your team
