Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator is needed to coordinate sales-related details of high end luxury items, before and after the sale. Responsibilities will include:



• Handles and processes orders, inquires and disputes
• Maintains existing client records and information including client
preferences and purchasing patterns
• Maintains all sales records and provides monthly reports
• Handles all shipment related logistics
• Determines and implements strategies to increase sales
• Maintains superior service with existing client and actively
recruits potential clients
• Supervises offshore consultant and acts as liaison between
consultant and clients
• Researches and determines "must have" fashion items including
clothes, accessories, shoes, and jewelry
• Monitors, maintains and edits content, layout and design of
blogs and graphics
• Maintains Instagram account and suggests content and merchandise display techniques for photos
• Performs administrative duties as needed
